Customer Service Consultant

Full-Time Administration Assistant position available

A great opportunity exists within one of Warrnambool’s largest motor dealerships for an experienced full-time Administration Assistant/Receptionist.

Our ideal candidate needs to be confident, well presented and be able to adapt to many different situations, as you will be the first face guests see when they walk in.

Some duties will include:

  • Managing incoming calls and being able to direct it to the staff member or take messages if staff are unavailable.
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our ‘walk in’ guests.
  • Navigating through the VicRoads website.
  • Other general office duties.
  • Assist the admin team with any tasks needed.

Experience working in a motor dealership is advantageous, but all relevant training will be given to the right candidate.
